Sales Director | Wildfire Mitigation & Public Safety

As investment in wildfire mitigation and resilience programs continues to grow, our client is expanding its commercial team and seeking a Sales Director to help drive growth across this critical market.

This is not a traditional territory sales role.

This is an opportunity to help shape strategy, build relationships, develop partnerships, and expand market presence within one of the fastest-growing sectors serving public safety, critical infrastructure, and wildfire risk reduction.

What You Will Do
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies focused on wildfire mitigation and resilience markets.
Identify and pursue opportunities with utilities, government agencies, emergency management organizations, public safety entities, industrial operators, and communities located in wildfire-prone regions.
Build relationships with decision-makers responsible for wildfire preparedness, infrastructure protection, risk reduction, and resilience initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships, channel relationships, and external sales resources.
Lead customer engagements, proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade associations, wildfire-related events, and customer meetings.
Maintain ownership of pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue growth objectives.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, funding initiatives, and market opportunities affecting wildfire mitigation and resilience programs.

Who We Are Looking For

The strongest candidates will bring a combination of commercial leadership experience and familiarity with the organizations, agencies, and industries involved in wildfire mitigation, emergency preparedness, infrastructure protection, or public safety.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation
