Operations Manager- TRANSFORMER REPAIR FACILITY [JOB POSTING] 80-105K

In order for an Operations Manager to be effective, they will need to be experienced in electrical manufacturing or field service. Successful candidates will have experience with one or more of the following electrical equipment, substations, switchgear, transformers, mobile substations or the repair business.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Shift Supervisors
• Profit and Loss management
• Factory Operations
• Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance
• Create best practices to ensure lean six sigma and efficiencies
• Must be able to critically think and be a problem solver

In addition, ideally, they will be capable to lead more strategic initiatives to include:

• Overall building bench strength for the region
• Strategic plan to increase profits
• Customer relations and development

Requirements for the position:

• B.S. Degree in a technical field or relevant experience
• Five or more years of manufacturing experience
• Previous management experience in a manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 to $105,000.00 /year
